Notice of Annual Meeting on February 19

The Annual Meeting of the members of Bar Harbor Savings and Loan Association will be held at the office of the Association, 103 Main Street, Bar Harbor, Maine on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at 4:30pm, for the following purposes:
1. To consider proposed amendments to numerous articles of the bylaws of the Association*;
2. To elect two members for the Board of Directors for a three year term;
3. To hear and act upon reports of officers of the Association; and
4. To act on any other business that may properly come before the meeting.
*The proposed amendments are available for review at the bank during regular business hours. The bylaws may be viewed at this link.
