The annual meeting of the members of the Bar Harbor Savings and Loan Association will be held at the office of the Association, 103 Main Street, Bar Harbor, Maine on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at 4:30 P.M. for the following purposes:

To elect four members to the Board of Directors for a three year term;

To hear and act upon reports of the officers of the Association; and

To act on any other business that may properly come before the meeting.
