The annual meeting of the members of the Bar Harbor Savings and Loan Association will be held at the office of the Association, 103 Main Street, Bar Harbor, Maine on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at 4:30 P.M. for the following purposes:

1. To elect two members to the Board of Directors for a three-year term.
2. To consider approving proposed amendments to articles of the by-laws of the Association. (The proposed amendments are available for review at the bank during regular business hours.)
3. To hear and act upon reports of the officers of the Association; and
4. To act on any other business that may properly come before the meeting.
